Rab hai mere ang sang vasda is de andar vassan main;
Is vich khavan peevan pahinan is vich rovan hassan main. Swaas swaas esse da simran esse naal pyaar karan; Nazran saahven har dam mere raj raj main deedar karan. Lakh lakh shukar mere satgur da jis eh banat banai ey; Kahe avtar guru rab das ke jam ton jaan churhai ey. |

God dwells with me and I dwell in God;
I eat, drink and dress in God, I laugh in God, I weep in God. I remember God by every breath, and I love only God; He is always in front of my eyes, and I behold Him profusely. I am extremely thankful to my True Master, who has made this possible; Avtar says, the True Master has revealed God to me and saved me from the Angel of Death. |
Meaning
One cannot thank the True Master enough for showing God to us. God lives near me and I live in God. I eat, drink and dress in God, I laugh in God, I weep in God. I remember God by every breath, and I love only God. He is always in front of my eyes, and I see Him abundantly. I am extremely thankful to my True Master, who has made this possible. Here Baba Avtar Singh ji says, the True Master has revealed God to me and saved me from the Angel of Death.
